Vacuum pump
The Erec-Aid works by creating a vacuum around the penis, drawing blood in, and then keeping that erection in place with a tension ring.
This device is also used by guys that want to enlarge their manhood, allegedly. Unfortunately, I have not used it often enough to be able to either substantiate or contradict that little snippet of information.
Basically, it is a pump that creates a vacuum around the penis and then draws the blood into it, where it is trapped with the use of the tension ring or rings that come with it.
It can be a bit tricky to start with, but the more you practice the quicker and easier it becomes. It helps to have a wet wipe to hand too, to clear the excess gel, but it is most certainly well worth the effort.

How It Works
- Place the vacuum cylinder with the tension ring over the penis.
- Use the pump to remove air so the penis becomes erect.
- Slide the tension ring to the base of the penis, then remove the cylinder.
Practical Advice
You may find it useful to lubricate the head of your penis to prevent it sticking to the inside of the cylinder. Although it only takes a little shake to free it before you next pull the trigger.
The setup can be incorporated into a love-making session and enjoyed together rather than treated as a separate chore.
Important Caution
Make sure that neither testicle is caught on the wrong side of either band. It is also only advised that you leave the bands on for 30 minutes to avoid complications.
